Well my weekend was a fun one. Friday night we were supposed to go camping but it rained so we had movie night. Jadyn went to the church for a tea party with the MPact girls from 6 - 10p.m. The rest of us watched the new X-Men movie "Wolverine". Not too bad. Saturday I achieved a new record on laundry...I did 3 full laundry hampers..even put away and folded. So proud of myself. But that included delivery from Papa Johns for lunch. :) Then my hubby surprised me with a night out. Was not an eventful night but I had so much fun with just the 2 of us. We went up to West Point (near Lafayette,IN) to the bar. We ate dinner and watched the Purdue game, which was a waste of time since they LOST! But we were kid free for 3 hours and it was a great 3 hours! Then we went to my moms to stay the night and watched the movie "Ghost of Girlfriends Past" - 2 thumbs down! We got up and headed to First AG Sunday morning where I got to see some old friends. Then to eat at Little Mexico and back to visit with my momma then home. Aaahhh Home! Was so tired. My husband topped off my weekend with allowing me a 2 hour nap it was amazing:) Monday was a busy one though. Up and schooled the chidren, we were done at 1:30. Made a quick cereal lunch (all you moms know what I mean...yep yep) as I showered and ready for a sad event. Our friends lost their baby girl at 7 months pregnant and had a memorial service for her. My eyes never stopped watering and dropping tears. I was amazed at the whole service. They wrapped all around God. With worship and prayer and a call to except Christ in your life. Erica stood fully wrapped by her Lord. She gave a 10 minute speech and held it together far better than I would have. I am so proud of her. And Miss Kinley Rebecca Crum is beautiful!
